Fresh, hot, and tasty! Cole slaw is excellent! Local business that hires local kids and support local schools.

Great chicken! Flavorful and moist. I am not a fan of sweet coleslaw but this gets my vote if you have to have sweet slaw. All fresh fast and friendly.

The line may look big but it moves fast, and the chicken is succulent and delicious. The pineapple slaw is unmissable. Get the special sauce for the chicken - you won't regret it.

I stop by all the time I head to Haleiwa. Chicken is always flavorful. Line can get a bit long at times, like today it did. My chicken bones weren't cut all the way through. Might want to make sure that is done or be prepared to do it yourself.

First, I love the business model. Do one thing, but do it well and open only weekends. Besides smelling awesome when you walk up, they have a nice organized system to get you through. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I love that they charge a good price on drinks. My only complaint is I wanted to try the pineapple slaw, I thought it came with the dinner plate, but I guess you have to ask. The rice was good that came with it, but that was just rice, nothing special. Another tip, order from the right side, then pickup order on the left side. Also be prepared to have a place to eat, it is take out only with no tables anywhere. Cash only too, but great prices.

Seriously, amazing, gotta be best chicken I've ever had. Would go up north shore again just for another plate.

This place is fantastic!!!! Worth the drive to the north end for the chicken alone. Then take it to eat at one of the beautiful nearby beaches. Only open on the weekends.

The smell brought us back to try this yummy food & we we're glad we did. We could smell it as we drove by & saw the line so we had to turn around & stop. The plate lunch meal with the pineapple coleslaw is worth it & so is the wait. There were some picnic benches near where they were selling but they were downwind of the smoke so we took our food & headed down to the beach to watch the waves while we ate.

Fantastic home cooking with something special. I have never had such a delicious chicken. The pineapple coleslaw was on point, and the sauce was an extra touch of home-cooked goodness. Definitely a must!
